Bread Rolls
Ingrediants quantity
Flour 1 1/2 cups Active yeast 1-2 tsp
Lukewarm water for yeast
salt 1 tsp sugar
1tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Egg eggwash(yellow part)
Method
In a large bowl Seive the flour If needed.
Make a slight well in the middle.
Add in Dry Ingrediant (yeast sugar salt)
Then Add in luke warm water leave it for few mins till the yeast get activated and starts forming creamy..
slowly Add in the oil and the flour slowly so tht the yeast doesnt does out of well using two finger
start adding little by little water till it forms a dough ..
In a Bowl Apply oil and place the dough and cover with the plastic wrap paper..
Allow the dough to Rise(ferment)for 1 hr to 2... In mean while take a baking tray...Grease it with oil
Preheat oven for 350 celcius ... Remove the dough from the plastic sheet. take little by little and Make a round with your Palm and place it in the the greased baking sheet coated with the egg wash..
Eggwash means(in a bowl just put the yellow part and whisk it) Place in the oven for 30- 45 mins..depending upon the oven .... In This same dough we can make varites of bread kinds rolls.
.sandwich kinds stuffed....khara buns...
kids will love it...especially the strawberry bread Roll In a Bowl...
to keep the bun more fresh or stay longer buns can be kept in ziplock bags..
keep baking more ...
